How long will it take to get my item?
Please remember we’re a family business. We strive to keep our production times to a minimum but they sometimes fluctuate. In order to preserve our sanity we shoot for the following timelines:
- Decals – 5 days or less to ship out
- Signs – 10-15 days to ship ship out
Please note all times are given in business days (i.e. we don’t work 24/7). Be sure we have all the info we need to complete your order. We consider your item on hold until we have all the information required to complete the items in your order. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk filter for emails from us in case we’re trying to contact you.
What if I need it sooner?
If you need your item quicker than the times published above, please contact us. Generally we can add a rush upgrade to get your item out faster than the timelines above. Typical rush charges range from $10 for decals to $25 for some signs – it really depends on the size/complexity of your order and our current work load. We try to be fair and don’t want to needlessly charge extra fees, but we do have to protect our family and other customers already in line. So, if its important enough to you to pay extra to get it early, we’ll do all we can to accommodate, but please contact us first.
I’m interested in a custom product (I don’t see what I want on your site)…
We love doing custom work. Please contact us to request a custom item quote. Here’s how it works:
- Give us a description of the item you’re wanting (i.e. wording, size, colors, etc.)
- We’ll give you a price to complete the item – typically same price as a similar item in our shop + a small design fee ($10-$25)
- If you’d like to proceed we’ll set up a custom listing for you to purchase
- After you’ve purchased the custom listing, we’ll get to work on your design and email you a proof to approve.
- Once you’re good with the design, we’ll make it up and ship it out!
